How does the booking process work?
Just click the Inquire button or fill out our quick form — it takes about a minute. From there, I'll reach out to schedule a free planning consultation where we'll talk through your vision, pick the perfect location, and plan every detail of your session. Once you've chosen a package, I'll send you a booking link to secure your date.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
We monitor the weather closely leading up to your session. If conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll proactively contact you and reschedule—at no extra cost—for a day with perfect weather to ensure your photos turn out beautifully.
Do you offer payment plans?
A retainer reserves your session date, and the remaining balance is due after your session — you never pay everything up front. Flexible installment options are also available through Klarna and Affirm at checkout.

When should I book my maternity session?
The best time for your session is between 28–34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round and you’re still comfortable moving around. Book early to secure your spot during this ideal timeframe.
When will we receive our gallery?
✨Your full gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks of your session. Each image is thoughtfully hand-edited in our signature Mila Moments style — timeless, natural, and full of emotion.
Need it sooner? A $50 rush delivery option is available for special dates or occasions.
How long will we have access to our gallery?
You’ll have lifetime access to your private online gallery.
We believe your memories should always be safe and easy to revisit, so you can view, share, and download your photos anytime — even years later.
How do we choose the right package?
Essential is best for a simple, focused session. Cherished gives more breathing room and variety. Golden is the most complete experience, especially for families who want multiple setups, more pairings, or a more relaxed pace.
Can we book maternity now and add the newborn session later?
Absolutely. Many families start with maternity and add newborn afterward. Booking the Maternity + Newborn Bundle up front is the best value — you save up to $195 and your newborn date is held on our calendar before baby arrives — but you're always welcome to add it later, subject to availability.
