This isn’t just a photoshoot—it’s a meaningful experience your family will remember.

Step 2 — We Design a Session That Feels Just Right

Together, we’ll choose the perfect location and time of day, and I’ll guide you on what to wear and how to prepare. You’ll get a personalized vision board and thoughtful suggestions, so everything feels easy and effortless.


You just show up—I’ll handle the rest.

Step 3— You Be Present, I’ll Capture the Magic

During your session, I’ll gently guide you while letting real moments unfold—hugs, laughter, chaos, quiet. Whether we’re together for 30 minutes or 3 hours, I’ll capture what makes your family truly yours.

How does the booking process work?

✨When you’re ready to book, simply 👉 click here to send us an inquiry to get started. We’ll guide you through the process and recommend scheduling a free planning consultation to discuss your vision and finalize the details. Once you’ve chosen a package, we’ll send you a booking link to secure your session.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

✨ We monitor the weather closely leading up to your session. If conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll proactively contact you and reschedule—at no extra cost—for a day with perfect weather to ensure your photos turn out beautifully.

How does payment work?

A retainer reserves your session date, and the remaining balance is due after your session — you never pay everything up front. Flexible installment options are also available through Klarna and Affirm at checkout.

What areas do you serve?

✨We’re based in Bee Cave and Lakeway, serving families across Austin and the Hill Country. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out and we’ll let you know. Love our work and want a destination session? We’ll discuss details and provide a custom quote.

Can you help us get balloons for our shoot?

✨Yes! We can arrange foil helium balloons for your session—not just numbers and letters. Foil balloons are durable and last for days, making them ideal for special occasions. Ask us about the styles we can source. The cost for sourcing and delivery will be added to your final invoice for a smooth, stress-free experience.

What if we have 7 or more people in our session?

✨To give your family the time, attention, and care it deserves, sessions with 7 or more participants require our Golden Moments package. This allows us to create a beautifully tailored experience and portraits you’ll treasure for years to come.

When will we receive our gallery?

✨ Your full gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks of your session. Each image is thoughtfully hand-edited in our signature Mila Moments style — timeless, natural, and full of emotion.

Need it sooner? A $50 rush delivery option is available for special dates or occasions.

How long will we have access to our gallery?

✨ You’ll have lifetime access to your private online gallery.
